Abstract: The purpose of this Strategy is to provide direction to officials who are responsible for policy development in the areas that make up the ‘offer’ to the Service family. It will act as the starting point for the supporting Action Plan, to be delivered by Spring, which will operationalise the Strategy’s Vision and deliver associated change. The Action Plan will be created in consultation with the single Services and key stakeholders, and a Communications Plan will notify the intent and activity to Service families.
