Evaluation of Information Sharing Practice in the North East mixed economy of service provision for ex-services personnel

Information sharing and in turn the governance and management of information are now a fundamental part of the business requirements of all public sector organisations. This research was designed to gather a balanced perspective from the views of key stakeholders, observations of the role and processes of information sharing with and between a range of organisations and service users in the day to day co-ordination of services for ex-services personnel in the North East of England.
