Abstract: This report combines two separate evaluation reports of the Veterans’ Universal Passport (VUP) pilot project, conducted by the Veterans and Families Institute for Military Social Research (VFI) at Anglia Ruskin University (ARU). The first reports the results of a survey-based evaluation and demographic analysis of the first 63 veterans to be issued with the VUP between June 2016 and October 2017. The second report outlines a supplementary qualitative evaluation in which in-depth feedback interviews were carried out with veterans, their carers, and health and social care professionals.
