Abstract: This Snapshot summarises financial issues affecting military personnel and veterans who are serving or have served in the full-time UK ‘Regular’ Armed Forces (AF) (except where stated as also applicable to members of the Reserve Forces), as well as their immediate families. It also covers related financial topics including access to housing, education and training; and provides an overview of policy on these and other financial support packages available to this community. It covers research evidence and sources of further information available online.
