Abstract:This report examines the distribution and impact of LIBOR-related funding—including the HMT LIBOR Fund, the £35 million LIBOR Fund, and the Veterans Accommodation Fund—totaling £578.2 million and disbursed across 472 grants to 334 organisations between 2012 and 2017. Commissioned by the Armed Forces Covenant Fund Trust, it provides a quantitative overview of funding deployment to support Armed Forces communities across the UK, without employing qualitative methods.
