JSP 536 Governance of Research Involving Human Participants Part 1
Summary: SP 536 is intended as a publication which details the procedures required for the assessment, review and approval of research involving human participants. It is designed to be used by any person or organisation responsible for the conduct, sponsoring, funding, management, scrutiny and authorisation of all research on human participants funded by MOD and/or involving MOD personnel and/or MOD entitled dependents. This JSP contains the policy, direction and guidance on the processes to follow and the best practice to apply. This JSP will be reviewed at least annually.
