Abstract:The VPPP interim evaluation, covering the programme’s first year, assesses how regional portfolios under the Veterans’ Places, Pathways and People programme have built sustainable networks and support mechanisms for veterans' mental health and wellbeing. Using a mixed‑methods framework—including network data, partner self‑assessment (e.g. Cobseo Standard), and qualitative stakeholder input—the report finds measurable progress in joined‑up referral pathways, access to safe spaces, cross‑sector collaboration, and positive wellbeing outcomes. The evaluation highlights the programme’s role in embedding a collaborative, sustainable model of “no wrong door” support delivery.
