Understanding the needs of veterans facing (or at risk of) homelessness
Abstract:This report presents the findings of an independent consultative study conducted by Alma Economics for the Armed Forces Covenant Fund Trust. The research explores the unmet and insufficiently met needs of UK veterans facing, or at risk of, homelessness. Its insights are intended to guide the enhancement and extension of the Reducing Veteran Homelessness programme (2023–2026), by identifying systemic gaps and informing targeted funding strategies.
