Evaluating the Supporting Armed Forces in Acute Hospital Settings Programme in Northern Ireland
Abstract:This evaluation explores telephone-based support for veterans in acute hospital settings, analysing caller demographics, mental health and financial support needs, signposting outcomes, and service delivery using SPSS and Grounded Theory, within a pilot framework led by the University of Chester’s Westminster Centre for Research in Veterans.
