Report on the Mental Health Program for Veterans (MHPV) for fiscal year 2025
Abstract: The Report on the Mental Health Program for Veterans (MHPV) for fiscal year (FY) 2025 is submitted in compliance with Texas Government Code, Section 434.354. For fiscal year 2025, the MHPV was jointly administered by the Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) and the Texas Veterans Commission (TVC). Local mental health authorities (LMHAs) and local behavioral health authorities (LBHAs) operate the program through contracts with HHSC.
