Abstract: The individual traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) exercise protocol for soldiers is a comprehensive intervention program developed specifically for grassroots military personnel. It integrates TCM theory with modern sports science for the prevention and treatment of military training injuries. By optimizing joint stability, enhancing fascial metabolism, and reducing neural stress responses, the protocol offers both physiological protection and psychological regulation. The protocol supports multi-dimensional recovery, including musculoskeletal recovery, pain relief, and mental-cerebral fatigue rehabilitation post-injury. While current grassroots implementation demonstrates advantages in cost-effectiveness and accessibility, further mechanistic clarification and training protocol optimization remain necessary. Future development should focus on TCM-Western medicine integration, intelligent auxiliary training systems, and personalized regimens incorporating injury prediction models, which will drive traditional TCM exercises into precise and intelligent military health management, providing sustainable support for combat readiness.
