A Framework to support positive change for those at risk of offending in Wales 2018-2023

Abstract: This Framework has been developed jointly by Welsh Government and Her Majesty’s Prison and Probation Service on behalf of the All Wales Criminal Justice Board. The purpose of the Framework is to improve services for those at risk of entering or those already in the criminal justice system. It will also help work towards a reduction in demand on services through focusing on early intervention and further integration of service delivery in order to target more effectively finite public service resources.
