Veterans Work - Recognising the Potential of ex-service Personnel

Abstract: This report acknowledges some of the challenges faced by UK veterans entering the employment sector. The study adopts methods such as data analysis, surveys and interviewsto show that employers who go out of their way to hire Veterans are already realising commercial benefits. However, it shows that  there is a lack of understanding of skills that Veterans posses as well as a seemingly high barrier to employment in the first place.
