Abstract: The article focuses on the Military and Veterans Inclusion (MVI) Committee, which aims to enhance support for military-affiliated individuals transitioning into civilian careers, particularly within the Industrial-Organizational (I-O) psychology community. Established in 2018 and formalized as a standing committee in 2022, MVI collaborates with the Department of Defense (DoD) and other stakeholders to promote inclusion, equitable career pathways, and recognition of military service. The committee's initiatives include career development support, advocacy for veteran-friendly hiring practices, and fostering partnerships to improve outcomes for military affiliates. The article invites individuals interested in supporting these efforts to engage with MVI initiatives.
